Pricing

• Hourly A La Carte Support or web development is a minimum charge of $150 an hour and can be assessed at half hourly rates after the first hour. 50% of the estimate job time is required up front for work to begin. Balance of the job is due upon completion or the next business day if work was performed on the weekend. A $50 a week late fee will be added if balance is not paid within 5 business days upon completion of work and added each additional week the balance is not paid and no new support or work will be conducted. • Monthly Support subscription available at $4,000. Rate is all inclusive and PACS Tools support is available to you for as much or as little as you need it. The amount is NOT pro rated, and hours are not logged, so if you choose not to use the support, no money will be refunded. $1,500 is required up front to enter the contract. This amount is non refundable and the $2500 balance is due upon the next month on the day the contract was entered into on the previous month. A $50 a week late fee will be added if balance is not paid within 5 business days upon completion of work and added each subsequent week the balance is not paid and no new support or work will be conducted.

• 6 Month Support subscription available at $20,000. Rate is all inclusive and PACS Tools support is available to you for as much or as little as you need it. $3,000 is required up front to enter the contract. This amount is non refundable. This contract can be pro-rated if the contract is cancelled by PACS Tools. Contract cancellation IS NOT determined by the client. The $17,000 balance is due upon the 6th month on the day the contract was entered into at the beginning of the contract. A $50 a week late fee will be added if balance is not paid within 5 business days upon completion of work and added each subsequent week the balance is not paid and no new support or work will be conducted.
